Order confirmation and package tracking. Once you've made an online purchase, you will receive a confirmation from us and the information to track your order. You can utilize the Route App (Android or Apple ) to visually track all of your online orders in one place and easily file a claim with their team. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online, Route’s real-time shipping updates will keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. 

*In order to offer you the lowest shipping cost for the Discovery Set, tracking is not available for this item in Canada.

Protection from damage, loss and theft. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft for a small fee. By deselecting Route at checkout, Rosy & Earnest will not be liable for these unfortunate events.  

If your Route-protected order was lost, damaged, or broken in transit, please file a claim at claims.route.com and we'll be in touch with you very shortly for your order replacement! 

In order to be eligible, damaged/stolen/lost packages MUST be reported within a week of expected delivery date.

By selecting Route to protect your package, you also automatically offset the carbon emissions emitted from the shipping of your product. You can know more about Route greenhouse gas offsetting project in Brazil via the app or visit route.com/Sustainability. 

Shipping timelines. Within 3 to 7 business days following your purchase in the U.S. and between 3 to 5 business days in Canada. 

We offer two-days express shipping in the U.S. for a flat rate of $9.95.

The samples Discovery Set may take up to 7 to 10  business days in Canada for a flat rate of $4.

The samples Discovery Set may take up to 3 to 7 business days in the U.S. for a flat rate of $7. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these timelines will be respected at all times as events over which we have no control may impact those timeframes.

International shipping. We ship both in Canada and the continental U.S.. We do not ship in Alaska and Hawaii.

Wrong items. In the unlikely case you received the wrong items, please email us at hello@RosyAndEarnest.com within 7 days of receiving your order to correct the issue.
