We will accept returns within 21 days of purchase for a full refund. The samples are final sales.
Products must be unused and in the exact condition in which they were initially received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Any returns received after 21 days from the ship date are ineligible and will be automatically reshipped to the customer.
We only accept returns on products purchased from our online store.
If your package was shipped in Canada, you can send it back to Fuso Logistique inc., 4195 rue Marcel-Lacasse, local #108, Boisbriand, Quebec, Canada, J7H 1N4. Please, write Rosy & Earnest and your order number on the boxe.
If your package was shipped in the U.S., write us at email@example.com and we will give you the information needed.
Once approved, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return, for it to be processed and then up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
